Guest Rules

Members:

The conducts of the members are expected to be of high standard with dignity. While using various facilities and services of the Club shall adhere to the following codes of conduct:
* Abide by all Rules and Regulations, policies and instructions of the Club.
* Maintain peace, harmony and stability of the Club at all times.
* Refrain from any conduct that is detrimental to the image, reputation and interest of the Club.
* Abide by the dress code.
* Refrain from carrying any firearms, weapons and explosives with or without license at any time inside the Club premises.
* Avoid criticizing the decisions and actions of the Executive Committee or any other Office Bearer of the Club, use suggestion/complain book instead.
* Discussing or debating on controversial subjects, such as politics, religion, persons etc. is strictly prohibited.
* Do not bet, shout with any person or abuse any Club employee physically or verbally.
* No pets allowed inside the Club.
* All facilities and services of the Club except the Bar and the Card Room shall be open for use by Members’ families and children below 21 years of age.
* Members’ spouses are allowed in the Bar when accompanied by their spouse only.

Visiting Guests:

Permanent/Life/Donor Members may introduce a person of good social standing as guest in the Club as per the following guidelines:
* Guests must know and abide by club rules at all times inside club premises.
* Guests must be accompanied by a host member.
* Visiting guests’ names with required details must be entered in the Guest Register available at the reception and be signed by the members introducing such guests.
* Host member shall be responsible for the conduct of his guest including payment of all bills/dues.
* No resident of Khulna City shall be introduced as a guest in bar, games and sports faculty unless permitted by the Executive Committee.
* Cottage room guest may use the Club facilities and services maintaining club norms and dress code
